GENERAL information
The following information is to help simplify the process for Locators to be able to show apartment units, maintain control of their client and efficiently receive payment for services.
We at Power Properties thank you for your assistance in helping your client find their new homes with us.
registration
Gives you the ability to escort your clients around properties which is otherwise prohibited without first registering
Access to list of Gate Codes
Payment of referral fee will not be made unless locator is registered
Registration form must be completely filled out and forwarded to manager@powerproperties.com
Use locator registration form link below which will automatically be forwarded to manager
referral FEES
Referral Fee:
Calculated at 50% of first months rent
Rent varies between projects based on size of unit and number of bedrooms
payment of referral fee:
Paid within 30 days after tenant has signed lease agreement, paid deposits and qualified for apartment and moved in
CONFIRMATION:
Management will confirm with locator by email when tenant has been approved for move in, the application has been completed and deposits paid
PAYMENT OF REFERRAL FEE:
Confirm with manager if you want to have payment for referral fee mailed or if you will be picking it up

gate codes
Gate codes are for the individual apartments owned by Power Properties and are provided for your exclusive use only after registration process has been completed.
Units will only be available for viewing between the hours of 9 am to 7 pm daily.
If for any reason an apartment door is locked it may be necessary to obtain a master key from the leasing office located at 5923 Gaston Ave., Dallas, Tx 75214.

If the office is unable to answer your call, please send a text to (214) 642-3532 requesting assistance.
